Hi, the 850 Pro besides the looks it has the PID controller, wifi and the lever to open the grate. It doesn't have the spice rank at the bottom or the clear pellet window like the competition one. The packaging is not protecting the smoker during delivery. The first one was returned because of a dented and warped door.
