With good RNG you can get 10 Familial Bonds in 10-15 mins. The main way to get Debt Bonds is by completin Debt bonds are "common rewards". If you look on the wiki, the highest chance to get a common reward is on the first round. So you can just run a boutie, get the first reward, quit or extract with your debt bond (if you quit you don't get the reward, but if you extract, even without finishing the entire bounty you get the reward).
