It’s not always somthing wrong with just the def. On our ISX15 it will turn the def light on if theres somthing wrong with the diesel doser right after the turbo. Or certain egr/ turbo faults.there is no reset. a factory scan tool can clear codes but this will not clear since it is active. it needs to be diagnosed, repairs made and re gened. if it is successful, then the lights will go out on there own.
