They are fairly high in the standard GAMMA preset. Also, disable Cinematic VFX, it can tank your frames in certain situations even with a good GPU. EFP has reworked gun models, older BAS but some guns from EFT that the Dev team added, and EFP V4 is prolly the most stable version since conception. If you have to play both at the same time just run 2 separate folders for the mod.
