It does not appear that you have to remove the back plate or the striker as you do on the P320 X-Compact. What sucks is forgetting to knock it didn't at night and getting a big red blob as your sight picture. A big dot night sight seems more practical to me, given the small window on these micro optics for these small pistols.For the record of this reanimated neco thread, the correct tool is a 2mm hex bit and not a Torx bit for removing the factory sight plate of the 365XL or 365X.
