If you still don't have spark here's what's next. Measure your stator. Follow the lead from your stator and measure it for good pulser coil, function, etc. look up how to test a 300ex stator and you'll find what you need.I was getting fire from out of the stator but was not getting fire coming out of the CDI box. If your getting fire out of the CDI, check the coil next, then the plug. Process of elimination. Another way to tell is with the meter or tester hooked to the negative side of the battery. look for the yellow wire with a red line that goes to the solenoid. unhook it and put the hot end of the tester to the wire coming from that cluster of wires.
