Posted December 25, 2013 (edited) Clean wounds with alcohol and eat/drink a lot. You will get an icon saying "Healing" in your inventory-screen. Eventually your vision goes back to normal. Alternatively, you can get someone to use a Saline bag on you. Eat/drink a lot. This worked for me!I have a desktop and a laptop with nvidia cards 780m/680. If I get hit by a zombie my vision goes blurry and I have to go into options to video and as soon as i do my screens gets clear. Is this an Nvidia issue or just a bug? It happens on both computers.
