I only use Mobil 1 and AC Delco PF46 filter and change every 3-3.5k miles. Truck has 185,000 miles. So it's reading over 4.6 volts which is over the normal max of 4.5 (5 volt reference). Since the op put a new sensor in and the code persists, it is either wiring or the motor. A mechanical gauge will rule out the motor.Well for the oil gauge, there is a sensor located on your engine relative that gauge. I would guess that the sensor is/going bad or is loose. I believe it is located near your oil filter. Worst case scenario your oil pump is going bad or something else is occurring and you are actually loosing oil pressure.Let me double check the specifications. Ok, the good news is that your oil pressure is within specification. So the engine seems fine.
