Your coin is damaged on the obverse. That circular mark could be from a coin rolling machine. That green crud on the reverse could prob be removed with acetone, or soap and water. You can freely spend this dime, it's worth 10 cents.When i started roll searching i knew nothing and posted some pics here. You guys corrected me, and told me to get some books, so i did. Then my "is this an error" posts dropped to almost none. My pile of "error" coins went from 100 to 1.
